Wouldn't you know it - I take a few days off from blogging and this happens:
beisbol
The Braves get beat 4-5 by the Montreal Expos Thursday night and then come back with wins on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (8-6, 3-2, 7-5). Who'd have thought it? Gary Sheffield got himself into the All Star Team NL Starting line up and the Braves have (probably) seven players including starters and reserves.
But toigt is the Mets in New York. It should be a stroll, but then the Devil Rays in Tampa Bay should've been, too...
footy
The Ronaldinho saga drags on in uch the same way the David Beckham transfer did and there's still no word about whether he's going to play in Manchester, Madrid or Paris next season. At this poit I don't care much because...
...Liverpool sign Harry Kewell. The twenty four year old Aussie is reportedly signing for the Pool for 7m quid. My thought is that he'd have been cheap at twice the price. With the signing of Kewell and Fulham's Steve Finnan, Liverpool are looking like they'll be pretty well equipped to stay the course in the top three to the end of the season - and that is a little annoying since Jen is a Red.
